Kokona Digital is a performance marketing agency based in Greece. We provide paid media management, analytics, creative strategy, and growth services to brands across the US, UK, Europe, and Australia.

2. What Data We Collect

We only collect data you provide directly to us through our contact and booking forms. This may include:

• A description of your marketing challenge
• Your chosen call date and time slot

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or any sensitive personal data as defined under GDPR Article 9.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

These are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They do not store personally identifiable information.

Functional / Third-Party Cookies

We load fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these fonts, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers. This is a functional service we use to ensure consistent typography. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy.

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any tracking pixels.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry and booking data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion:whichever comes first. If you become a client, we retain relevant data for the duration of our relationship plus any statutory retention period required by law.

6. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We may share it only with:

• Hostinger:our web hosting provider, who processes form submissions on our server infrastructure. Hostinger is GDPR compliant.
• Legal authorities:if required to do so by law or a valid court order.

7. International Data Transfers

Our server is located within the EU (Hostinger, Lithuania). If you are based outside the EU, your data is transferred to an EU-based server for processing. We take appropriate measures to ensure your data is protected in accordance with GDPR.

For users in Australia: we comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. You may contact us to access or correct your data at any time.

8. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK GDPR, you have the following rights:

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA).

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Our site uses SSL/TLS encryption (HTTPS) and our server is protected by Hostinger's security infrastructure.

10. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
